I am a ex soldier,, now a civi,, still working with the troops,, in my time Army life was second to nowt,, todays soldier, the expectations,, the wages,, for what they do,, cheap labour,, any civi firm would grab them right away,, multi tasking,, and they do get the job done,,( yes the kick off big style ) but still get it done,, and they have their own way of banter,, certain civis would be offended,, but these certain civis with a lovely lass to see every night,, complaining about working 2 hours late,, pissed off with the train service, bus service, what ever !!! these lads deploy on tour to foreign lands, for a long time,, will not complain about not seeing the kids & the missus, def not regards transport, thankful if its there,, to all civis just be thankful that we have the troops that want to protect this country,, and protect the inhabitants living in this great country that we all call home,, yes its their job,, and they must be doing it good, or you would not have the standard of life to which you are used to,,
