I am a regular customer of Starbucks, have been for years. Some people dont like the burnt taste of Starbucks dark roasted beans...they ought to get the blonde roast. I am also an advocate of healthy foods and healthy, sustainable farming. And I believe most people are coming to the same way of thinking. For this reason, I believe it IS is Starbucks best interest to switch to Organic milk products only. For the prices they charge, it wouldnt be a very big leap!
