I am a tad bit excited these days. As I develop my Coaching practice, I have realized a pull towards coaching children. This is the full circle journey Ive mentioned before. When in college I studied Child & Youth Counselling, and adored my work, however my career slowly transitioned to the boardroom. With those 20 years of business and subsequent coaching practice...Ive had the absolute honor of spending the last 3 years with children. Now to develop my practice with the addition of coaching children...I know that the fulfillment I am grateful for daily, will only grow stronger. With the anxiety, stresses, uncertainty and worry that we experience as parents with our children..es the excitement and joy we witness as they grow more confident and sure of themselves. I look forward to being able to fuel the momentum of this growth, enabling children to have even one more tool to propel them through all that they will experience as children, youth, preteens and on. I believe that every bit of support our children can have to enjoy, love and laugh daily...is beneficial; even crucial. I will do what I can to be a part of empowering children to be capable of managing through the tough stuff, knowing they are the incredible little humans that they are.
