I am a user of nokia lumia 720. I bought my handset 3 months ago, and have been facing issues since then. 1. First, there was a problem with the display. I could see some white spots on my screen. My screen was replaced, but on collecting my phone from Nokia Care, I realised that the new screen had a deep scratch on it(I gave a scratchless screen) 2. then, 2 more screens were changed on the spot, and both had some kind of defect. I was finally told to wait for 2 more days to get the issue resolved 3. I collected my phone after 2 days, and later realised that this time the volume down key wasnt working(it was perfect when I gave my phone to nokia care) 4. I took it back to Nokia care, got it resolved, and after a week, now my screen is again giving me problems, and this time the phone itself is behaving weirdly. I dont know whether the problem is with this specific service center(bangalore), or the phone itself, but this is not what I was expecting when I got my phone 3 months back. I dont even see any scope of getting a replacement for my phone yet. Do you have an answer for this?
