I am absolutely completely and utterly shattered. Tired to the bone. But ecstatically happy. I am so happy to announce that TODAY 22 Jan 2015 Intoxyque 3-day food trials and validation (which are held under the strictest industry conditions) successfully concluded. What does this mean for Intoxyque? We now have the same high certification as all the big players and giants in the food and beverage industry. We now have a new improved rage which are still FREEFROM Sugar, Vinegar, Preservatives, Colouring BUT (and this is what they said could not be done) ……now have an extended shelf life of 3 month. That is not all the good news! Our Condiments can be stored Ambient (ie room temperature ie they don’t need to be stored in the fridge) until they are opened. Innovation at it’s best! Those close to me know it has not been an easy few months as I went through this process. I worked the longest hours, my social life became non-existent, neglected family and friends. I met with roadblock after roadblock, failure after failure. I kept being told “this is not possible, this can’t be done”. You cannot have a condiment that is free from vinegar, sugar and preservatives and have an Ambient shelflife of 3 months. At one point I was so fed up of hearing the word impossible that I changed my email signature to It always seems impossible until its done - Nelson Mandela . It remains so till today. I thank God for continuous unmerited favour. For always sending destiny helpers my way. I thank my family and my friends – real life and virtual friends - for encouraging, supporting and believing in Intoxyque. I thank Intoxyque customers for your custom and for helping our cashflow. Now for the next phase of making Intoxyque as a household brand synonymous with ‘delicious luxury at mealtimes’. Before then, Im gonna get me some well deserved shut-eye. Ehen oh!!!!
