I am absolutely heartbroken over this, but I have to find a new home for our dog. He is 3 years old, neutered, and up to date on shots. He loves kids (I have a 7yr old, 2yr old, and 2 month old) and he is great with other dogs (I also have a chihuahua). We have only had him for about a month, and we just received a notice that he exceeds the weight limit at our apartment complex. I thought it was 50lbs (its only 25lbs) and he weighs 47lbs. I feel terrible about this. We adopted him from another family who had him since he was a few months old. We got him neutered, up to date on his shots (he had never received any), and an organ function profile done, as well a fecal test to check for parasites and worms. He is 100% healthy. I can provide paperwork from our vet. He must go to a good home. Rehoming fee is $100. He will come with his favorite toys, his blanket, and whatever food he has at the time of adoption.
