I am accepting the fact that we simply live in a negative world. We thrive on it; we live for it. It is becoming more difficult to live with, however. Sometimes, it is almost excruciating to watch the person who criticizes and excoriates suddenly ask for prayer when tragedy invades that persons life. Yet, I find myself going before the Lord on behalf of that person; not because I want to, but because I am compelled to. I had a very disheartening conversation earlier today where the topic was skin color, and one persons intolerance for people of another race. Its 2014, and we still cant get past skin color.
