I am aggravated that USAA seems to be treating us all so differently regarding filing claims for lost vehicles. It appears that the majority of us placed the same vehicle storage/shipment coverage that USAA suggested on our vehicles for this catastrophe. This is the response I just received from them after asking about what our options are at this point, since our vehicle has been lost for 6 weeks, the website is only giving an error message for our vehicle at this time, and I cannot get a call back from anyone NOR an email response from IAL OR SDDC in 18 days!
