I am an Old customer of Idea. Since 2 years i am using idea postpaid number 9966444498. I got transfer to Delhi and this number is very important to me, i can not simply disconnect this number. So i decided to convert this number from postpaid to prepaid. I approached My Idea Madinaguda Branch in Hyderabad. Store Incharge told me that my location area comes under Ashok Nagar showroom, they can not help me, i have to go to Idea Showroom Ashoknagar. I was very much disappointed that i have to go to another 4 Kms. Since i was very much satishfied with Idea Service i decided to visit Idea Ashoknagar branch. But to my frustration Ashoknagar branch manager told me that they dont have migration sim, and it will take 10 days for new stock to come. If its very urgent i can visit another branch and get it changed to prepaid there. I felt betrayed. I felt idea dont need customers. I became like football one branch is kicking me to another branch. Anyhow i approached Madinaguda branch again and requested them to change it to prepaid but they again asked me to go to Ashoknagar Branch. So you tell me sir Is idea customer a football?. I am attaching the recording video along with this mail and i will be posting it to Idea facebook page also. So you tell me Is there any reason for me to stay with idea. I dont know whether i will get any reply for this mail or not but still i am writing. I am porting to BSNL. Altough BSNL also having pathetic customer service but atleast i will be happy i am using indian govt telecom service.
