I am an advocate for pregnancy and consecutive motherhood as you can see, aint no hiding it on my part. Yet I have come face to face with negative attitudes towards pregnancy and additional children both by men and women. I blame the Capitalistic system for making people fear having children. Humans, especially Afrikan people, are created as beasts of burden to work in the plantation/concrete jungle. Aint no time to have babies! Only time to chase the dollar.I blame family planning as a tool used by Capitalists for population control. I blame a corrosion of Afrikan values by Eurocentik ideas where we have been made to believe that children are a burden instead of a blessing, our ancestors reborn.
