I am at my desk overwhelmed with tears of joy! God we give you all the glory and praise for this. Without You we would not be where we are right now. Just received word from our processor that our loan is going to closing! We will be closing on our very first home next Tuesday! We have been waiting for over seven years, plugging away diligently at paying off all our debt, believing God for a home. It wasnt until we really committed in our hearts to putting God first that we really started to see Him work and He has now opened up the windows of heaven and poured out His blessings on me and my family, we didnt see the harvest of the seeds we planted over the past few years but now we are. I am so very excited to start this new chapter with my boys and I cannot wait to see what God has in store! We knew this was the home for us the very second we walked in, had everything we wanted. God has since flung open the favor door and really blessed the whole entire process! So awesome to see God at work. From the home appraising above sale price to tax free weekend on the new appliances we had to get, not too mention the free brand new couch we ended up getting (crazy story). So fun. Not too mention are apartment waived ALL fees to break our lease. Greg and Lisa Peirick were incredible, if you are looking for a realtor, they may be the ones for you. Prayed with us and took such great care of us from start to finish. Put God first and dont ever give up, live each day expectant and believe that all things are possible with God! What God can do for others He can do for you! Above all TRUST HIM. Delight yourself in The Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart. God is limitless and He loves you! His way is perfect. This may not seem like a huge deal to many but it sure is for us! His timing is everything because I know now what it feels like to truly appreciate something. #Godisgood
