I am awake, I am alive and today is the day! It is FRIDAY, last day of prep for next weeks seminars - four full days of motivation and empowerment and capacity building and general all-around awesomeness! I cant wait! But much to be done before then so time to inhale the coffee, turn on the tunes and FOCUS cuz this To Do List is history!! lol And you my friend, what will you do with this day? Are you the leaf in the wind, letting everyone and their dog decide your agenda, your mood, and your general state of being or have you taken control of your life (not events, but your life)? Have you come to realize you are in total control of your mood, your attitude, and what you take from the things around you? Have you finally figured out that the rain isnt personal, that your co-worker being sick is not an intentional shot at you and that life is just life? Learn from the events of today, dont try to control them, dont complain about them. Let the day play out. Let your friends walk the path they are on. Focus on yours.
