I am back from the Public Input Meeting tonight. I believe Dr. Thompson said to look for his presentation to be available on the District website tomorrow but here are the Cliffs Notes and for others that were there, please feel free to add: In total 4 sites were offered up to the district (all are on Williams Lane). Three were the ones from City Council (one of which is currently owned by the federal govt) and one from a private land owner. Each site on its own presents problems with geometry, frontage, stacking, etc.The district would like to adjoin one of the sites offered from the city with the site from the private owner. The federal property (which the city does not own yet and is part of legislation not yet voted upon) would serve as a back up in case something was wrong with one of the sites.
