I am back on facebook. Took a bit of a hiatus to focus on my fitness and finals. So far down 15 pounds since mid November. Got straight As in my classes. I am getting back to peak physical conditioning thanks to the gym, diet and oh ya Shawn Ts Insanity. I will post the new me as soon as my transformation is complete. I wanted to give a shout out to my boys out in LA Art Justin Lakers-yan Arthur Ghevondian Gago Yerkanyan, Manifest Destiny Hernandez , Ikenna Manunited Davit Oganesyan. My cousin Audrina Hart. My good friend out here in Las Vegas Josue Bustillos. Ill be out in LA Dec 23rd, holler at ya boy.And always a shout out to the love of my life Yvonne Gallardo, you keep me going. Oh yes and of course my parents George A Brackett and Myra Brackett thanks for always being there for me you guys are the best. I am preparing for the Super Las Vegas Spartan race April 18th. Any takers? I want to build a team, if not I will run it myself. Its time to train hard or go home!
