I am beginning to really hate looking for a house. I do not understand why people do not take of their homes. Some look really bad on outside but okay on inside, some just the opposite. But here is a good one, this has happened twice now. Your agent sends you a listing, you find one contact them immediately to make an appt to see it. They contact you saying someone is offering CASH. Who has that kind of money laying around. So frustated right now, just want to give up.
