I am beyond THRILLED to be offering a new form of fitness to LTG!! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle Krohn Davis who is a licensed Kangoo Power instructor! (Dont know what Kangoo is??? Watch the video! Its AH-MAZING)! She instructed me for 30 minutes today and let me tell you, I was DRENCHED in sweat! When I first saw these space boots, I was like...ummmm, who is getting up on them things??! Not only was I able to get up in them, but I caught on very quickly to the moves (and didnt fall)! I am so excited about this new addition to LTG! Michelle will be hosting her first demo at LTG Fitness on Thursday 615pm. There are a total of 15 spots and only 10 more spots available.
