I am beyond disappointed with the way I have been treated by the staff at the Roseburg, Oregon. Up to and including: being yelled at by the cashier in front of 8-10 employees waiting by the door to leave after last customer, Myself. 10:51, 10:55, then within a minute (before I can reach my cart which was not far) I hear 10:00 and Your Kmart is Now Closed. I was already headed up to the Cashier as I wanted to get myself and child home to celebrate the Ball Drop for the New Year. I was last Customer in the Store. Put up 14 items up to be purchased, for which I had 14 Manufacturer Coupons from Newspaper Insert. After handing her my 5 coupons to double (total was $30+) I preceded to hand over the remainder of my coupons, that would Not be Doubled. At which point the cashier informs me 5 Coupons per Customer per Day. I politely informed her that my coupons I wanted doubled she already had and I was handing her coupons for the rest of the items. Some of which I needed in my order to reach the $25 threshold to double my first 5 coupons. The cashier then precedes to very snotty say 5 Coupons Per Customer per Day. I again, very politely say same thing: 5 Coupons to double had been scanned, others were for others items and Would Not Double. And that that was fine I expected them to Not Double after first 5 Coupons. Cashier then precedes to yell at me No Only 5 Coupons per Customer Per Day TOTAL! And No More than 1 Transaction! I again ask while very confused, why can I only use 5 coupons Total Per Day? That that doesnt seem right. Cashier, yelling at me, informs me That is why Kmart put it the Ad FIVE Coupons! I informed cashier that that changes my transactions, as I am a Personal Shopper for several people that Cannot leave their homes especially in such severely cold weather. And that I would be using clients each own SYWR Card. Cashier then yells at me louder, **(reminder that 8-10 employees are just standing there leaned up against stuff waiting to go home) Only 5 Coupons Per Customer Per Day. I again politely informed while confused and askedWhy I was able to do Clients Transactions every time until today. When has that changed? Again Cashier yells at me 5 Coupons Per Customer Per Day. Only 1 Transaction! Imagine my embarrassment when I am following Coupon Policy given to me by that Store Personnel just a couple weeks prior. This is happening while I am trying to keep my kid from getting into/on everything close by due to him not doing well with people yelling and trying to calm himself. But I want him close to me and he wants to be away from this yelling Cashier, especially not understanding why she is yelling over and over. I had my transactions and coupons organized and ready for a quick checkout. Only to be treated horribly, for the numerous time by Roseburg Kmart Employees. I collected my coupons and left the store. Most of the Employees walked out directly behind me. I have been yelled at other times for SYWR Coupons that Did Not load to card nor would they scan at register End of November/beginning of December. First time, there was SEVERAL (read more than 5, we could see her feet from us) minute wait for a Manager to come over to override Coupon. Second time, same Manager comes over and informs me snotty like We were told we cant override SYWR Coupons anymore. I asked Why is that? Manager replies yelling, after several attempts for me to get an explanation We were told we cant override ANY Coupons. Manager then precedes to override some coupons from Newspaper that wouldnt scan. I dont understand. Then there is the most recent about a week or two ago when Store Head Manager Dane yelled at me trying to tell me I wasnt eligible for a Offer hanging in Store that is supposed to print with a purchase of $$ much of certain products. Offer didnt print on my card or 2 of clients cards, even tho Offer showed on receipt that it did. 1 SYWR Card should have had 2 print. Dane tried to tell me the $5 HBA/Grocery Kmart Coupon printed, it had not. He precedes to keep yelling at me cus I used coupons I was ineligible. I was trying to calmly and politely, as he is yelling at me within inches of my face that I am ineligible, try to explain that it wasnt the case of coupons interfering. I had used coupons on my transactions the week prior and another same Kmart Coupon Offer had printed. I informed him I could go out to my vehicle and get some of the receipts if necessary. Manager Dane then asks Customer Service Employee to write down pertinent information and he will submit a Trouble Ticket. Next day I got a call from person in Customer Service Desk saying that 5,000 points would be put on each of the 3 SYWR Cards, to make up for the Coupon not printing. But that the SYWR Card that should of had 2 print would only get credit of the 5,000 points not 10,000 that should have printed in the form of 2 transactions. Again, $5 in points not given. Also, there is the times there is a mess up about Kmart Coupons for Points not showing, like 10,000 with $50 purchase. Forget going Directly from register to Customer Service Desk, they cant help you but Debbie can (who also acts like you are such a bother to help when you can find her there) even tho Debbie says anyone else can do the same things. Yep, multiple trips into town to get things fixed and she left early or is not there as told would be. How can a Store that never replenishes the Stock survive or not be left to shop at a Store that will have ALL Items you are looking for InStock? They are losing quite a bit of Customers due to Policies changing with Who you talk to or daily on occasion. And the rudeness to Anyone with Coupons by most of the Cashiers or Management is ridiculous to put it politely. Its not like they do not get reimbursed for the Coupons + a handling fee per Coupon. Which can add up. !!!!******!!!!! I feel Cashier Jakob && AJ deserve RECOGNITION for being Awesome Cashiers, Each & Every Time I have came thru their registers. I wish all the staff was Happy, Cheerful and Helpful. KUDOS to AJ && Jakob keep it up!!!
