I am blessed and because of Him I am able to courageously confront any challenge sure of victory. "But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place." (2 Corinthians 2:14 NASB) The day begins with a great shower, scripture reading, prayer, and breakfast. Today we will begin with low fat yogurt and granola, two pieces of fruit, and a cup of coffee (no sweetener). First step for me has been to cut out "sugar drinks" and to consistently eat breakfast. Both have been unhealthy choices for me! Breakfast is important to start the day and the sugary drinks (especially sweet tea) were just an addiction that soothed me not something that was good for me. Grateful to God for a new day!
