I am broken! Today was a chest and biceps with calves day, which was really tough after back, triceps and abs yesterday! My arms do not work anymore! However, I felt like I smashed todays cardio which made grin very much... 25 minutes on the rowing machine (just to finish my arms off) 20 sec all out with a 40 sec recovery at level 10. Started with around 12/13 pulls in the 20 secs, but in the last 5 mins, managed 16 pulls. I did let out a little yes! On my first 16!! Ha! I also hit 10 stiff leg deadlift at 60kgs. Felt pretty chuffed. More cardio planned for tomorrow, but for now, I am going to eat my body weight in chicken!
