I am building a new house and love being in control … … of deciding all parts of house needs. It is so convenient to go to one place and find, research, educate myself to make a decision for the products I plan to select for the house. I’m also so pleased to be able to select better quality as the price becomes much more affordable. Yesterday I called over to just verify for me a price on a product of which the spread was so large I felt I must be reading some information incorrectly. It actually was that much less! All the staff is so friendly. They remember you by name, check up on your progress helping you if you need it. They are unusually nice comparable to the friendliness of staff on a cruise ship. I had my cabinets and kitchen designed and was so impressed with Dave Black. He is truly outstanding. He saved me hours of work and probably a lot mistakes. I can’t say enough of how pleased I am to have joined DirectBuy. I found them one sleepless night on a late night TV Commercial. Usually I can’t stand any of those programs but I recognized immediately that this opportunity to buy products was a chance I could not miss knowing buying the products for my home this way would save me several thousand dollars … and it has.
