I am considering becoming a drop site for a wonderful local dairy in the near future. Wanted to know if anyone was interested in participating. The milk is from pastured Jersey cows, locally raised (Lincoln- Bannister Oak Farms), it is raw, exceptionally well handled, and the cream line is crazy thick - perfect for a dollop in your coffee, or for ice cream, or cheese, yogurt, or!
