I am considering measuring & marking my coasters so that I am able to centre my glass/mug onto the coaster without the worry that it is not quite central. I am however meeting a few obstacles: firstly; my mugs & glasses vary in diameter, secondly; some coasters have pictures on the upper 2/3rds, on these coasters I like my beverage to be central to the picture rather than the whole coaster as it feels more aesthetically pleasing. I fear there are too many variables to complete this task effectively and will have to continue to place my drinks centrally by eye. In conclusion I have pondered the idea & decided to do nothing.
