I am convinced that if you really want to torture someone give them a knee replacement tell them they have to move and use cold compression and stand back and laugh when the the muscle spasms start. You get to laugh as each spasm hits like a bolt of lightning and before one stops another starts jerking you in the opposite direction. Kind of like shooting at someones feet yelling Dance! Such fun...not :-(
