I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but - TopicsExpress

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. ~Galatians 2:20~ This is the description of how Paul lived his life. It is the explanation of what Christ did for him and the subsequent change that came as a result of Christs sacrifice. Could it be any plainer stated? I think not. Paul no longer lived for himself. He came to a place in life where his will...to him... mattered not but it was Gods will that he concentrated on doing. He dealt with all sin and did not allow temptation to sin interfere in his life. God requires the same of you and me and anything short of that is wood, hay, and stubble, false religion that will get one nowhere, fit for nothing but to be cast out with the drought.
