I am currently participating in a fundraising effort that benefits the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital that coincides with the Warrior Dash that I will be running on Saturday, May 17th. My goal (with your help) is to raise $300 prior to the event, and I have all the confidence that we can collectively far exceed that goal’s expectations. The hospital-a world removed medical facility based in Memphis, Tennessee-is a non-profit childhood cancer fighting center that operates on a 1.8 million dollar per-day budget and is fully funded by private donations from many wonderful people all over the world. Committed to ending childhood cancers and providing world-class medical care to patients, this research facility is committed to serving families as well by not charging those in need at all for services provided. This effort is not possible without the generous participation from private donors, which is why I am committed to help raising funds for such a wonderful cause.
