I am delighted that ODM which is perceived to be a Luo dominated party, nominated and voted for one Steven Kariuki who by origin is a Kikuyu, at the expense of William Omondi who is a Luo by birth. Whats more could anyone ask for, than a society and country where individuals are judged based on their integrity, character, ability and potency rather than their tribal affiliations. Congratulations to the Luo electorate for not seeing a Kikuyu in Kariuki, but a Kenyan with integral qualities independent of his ethnic background. Thumbs up for Hon.K1 #theKenyawewant.
