I am disgusted with the actions of the Commonwealth Bank. My husband went to a seminar on the 28th June and paid for a workshop that is supposed to be on this weekend. After getting home we discovered this was a scam and stopped his credit card. Then contract from these people had a phone number to call to cancel plus and email. The answering message never picked up all day and my emails were not answered. We went to MP. to Consumer of Fair Trade for advise. Then we went to the Commonwealth Bank and found the payment was still sitting in transit and have been told we cant do anything until these people take the money and then it can be disputed. This is ridiculous that $2155 is sitting in transit and yet the Bank cannot stop this WHY??????? WE are sitting on egg shells waiting waiting. Please whoever reads this from the bank PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA MY FACEBOOK OR GIVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL FOR HELP.
