I am doing a 31 day purge... And today was the bathroom cabinets. (I started in my room yesterday because that seems to be the dumping ground) and came across my ankle brace. I almost threw it out, but I could not bring myself to do it. My eyes welled up in tears because that was the brace that I had to wear daily to walk. That was the object that helped me rebuild my strength. It was something I always thought I would always need to enjoy theme parks with my family, and do daily tasks. I hoped that I would not need it with flip flops, but I was so weak! And pair that with being 60 pounds overweight.... Daily tasks were hard. Laundry, dishes, mopping.... It was the hardest thing ever. This morning, I did insanity max 30 as my workout, and yes I died, and yes it was hard, but the video you saw would not have been possible 18 months ago. I mean, I would have pushed through it, by the jumping and the burpees... Yeah... No. I just am so passionate for what this did for me that it is my job to pay it forward. Miracles just like this are happening in my challenge group. Miracles like a girl who has been struggling with fertility now has a SMIDGE of hope, another who has struggled her whole life is finally learning her worth. These are miracles guys.
