Inspiring Minds Group Guest speaker Charlotte King Thursday, October 2nd— 6:30 pm HOME Center - Main Building—Cost: Donation Charlotte King has been known by some interesting names over the last 35 years - just a few are “The “Human Seismograph”, “Amazing Ears” and the “Earthquake Lady” Charlotte lives here in Salem and has been predicting earthquakes, volcanic events and solar flares since 1979. There have always been, and will always be earthquakes. Scientists tell us that we cant predict an earthquake or volcanic eruption, but is that true? Charlotte would tell you that’s not true. Charlotte King is a Biological Sensitive, best known for her accurate prediction of the major eruption of Washington states Mount St. Helens volcano on May 18, 1980. Timing wise, she was a just mere 12 minutes off. Scientists and the military, perplexed by her unusual ability to hear sounds in the ULF, VLF, and ELF ranges, tested King. The tests revealed that she could hear in the under 10 Hz range, specifically below 2-7 Hz. Thus was born what the doctors and the scientists who tested her coined The Charlotte King Effect. She has been featured on such TV shows as That’s Incredible, In Search Of, The Merv Griffin Show, The Other Side, Sightings and Encounters. Charlotte has been interviewed on dozens of radio shows such as Coast 2 Coast, Clyde Lewis and Xzone Radio and VOA.
