I am fat. I dont know how it happened but I look like a potbelly pig. I need help. I know its cliché to start a diet at New Years but I seriously need to. Did anyone out there in Facebook land come up with the same resolution? Yes I am fat but I am competitive and if I had a friend on Facebook that was going throuhh the same thing that I was it would make it easier to get through something like this. First of all I must denounce my friendship with IPA. I love you IPA but you have to go. so Im going for a 20 pound weight loss goal unfortunately I keep most of it right in my belly. I am looking for an encouragement buddy, someone to keep me accountable even if its just messaging on Facebook. If you run 2 miles then I will not finish my day unless I run 2 miles. If you cut out beer soda pop and fast food then I will cut out beer soda pop and fast food. I need to feel like I am competing with somebody though otherwise I have no motivation. I need to return to the physique that I had in 1990. So whos with me if youre a fat potbelly pig,New Years resolution type person Then contact me so we can decide a plan, otherwise I am going to have to pay extra for a larger coffin.
