I am fermenting garlic in red wine. Is supposed to help clean blood and increase metabolism. I am excited to see what happens. This is what I followed: The drink eliminates the excess fat and boosts your metabolism. You can use it to treat diseases and inflammations common in women, and in addition to all the above, it cleanses the harmful deposits in the body. Ingredients: 12 garlic cloves 17 oz/ 1/2 liter of red wine Preparation: Cut 12 garlic cloves into quarters and put the pieces in a jar. Add 1/2 liter of red wine. Close the jar well and keep it close to the window, exposed to direct sunlight, for two weeks. Shake the content in the jar several times a day. Filter the liquid after two weeks and keep it in a dark glass bottle.
