I am fierce. I know that, I know that my passion comes off as intensity, and I know that some people cant handle that. If there is a problem, I solve it. If what is keeping me from solving a problem is dogmatic thinking, then I examine it, and make my own decisions. If you dont like the decisions or conclusions that I make, cool no problem, the great thing about the world is difference in opinion. I am willing to listen. If you tell me the solution to an issue is to keep doing over and over again what isnt working, then you are a sheeple, and I dont have time for that. I do have time to provide solutions and to work together to figure them out, unless you keep quoting more dogmatic limiting nonsense, then sirs or ladies I am done listening to you. Find your own answers, if you dont like the leadership then step up, dont want to do the work to lead, then continue being a poser. My energy is on what I can control, and what I can influence. Tired of these lazy people, looking for the easy answers. Tired of these people who refuse to be bold, because it take more work. Who am I? What do I bring to the table? I am the disruptor, because holding to that which does not work for no other reason than not wanting to think for yourself is a kind of ignorance I no longer have time for.
