I am getting DCF(dissertation Completion Fellowship) this fall, and it covers tuition, health insurance, and awards $X000. The tuition deadline is today, and YESTERDAY I got an email that the money for tuition and health insurance is not ready yet, so I have to pay first, and they will reimburse later. On what earth do they inform this "a day before tuition due date"? Mine is like $2000, and school does not even take VISA card for tuition, which I only have in the U.S.
