I am getting so sick and tired of hearing how people are having such a bad experience at The CORNING HOSITAL and how we treat them so badly, or we dont get to them in ENOUGH TIME and they feel like we are ignoring them, so they get PISSED OFF! and say thats it, Im going to the arnot! Stop blaming Corning Hospital when something doesnt go your way or its not fast enough for your liking....Well you know what, Im going tell you all something.....When a patient or more comes into the ER to get looked at for any pain they may have and they feel like they arent being taken care of as fast as theyd hoped, well guess why that is? If we have a person in who is having a HEART ATTACK, or a STROKE or a broken bone that is sticking out of their skin, or a child that cant breath or has fallen from a high distance or someone is on their way to the Lord and we are trying to help them stay alive for the sake of their families,....then YES YOU WILL WAIT! for your sprained ankle or sore back pain or your fever or your belly pain or any other pain that IS NOT LIFE THREATENING, we know you are there, we know you want to be looked at right away so you can get out and home, but you will wait and go in the order as you have come into the ER, but remember, your waiting because someone elses life hangs in the balance, you may feel like your dying, but the reason you are waiting is because the other person next to you probably IS DYING! Remember this before you judge someone on how good of a nurse or Doctor they are to you, they know you want help and they want to help you but they chose this profession to save lives, and thats what they are doing!
