I am going on a missions trip to El Salvadore and the following information tells all about it...Dear family and friends in our Lord Jesus Christ, I am writing to inform you that on November 6th-19th I am joining a team that is going to El Salvador on a medical mission trip. Our trip is with the En lace organization which helps churches all over the world fight poverty. Many in El Salvador have dirt floors and live on $2.00 a day. I will be acting as a pharmacist handing out the prescriptions. I would like to give anyone who is called by our Lord the opportunity to help my team serve God in this endeavor. Our budget for each person for flight, food and lodging is $1,800 then we have glasses to buy that cost $1,000 as well as the medications costing $1,600. Most of you know how much I love God and pray that He gives me boldness to lead many to His saving grace while I am doing my job as pharmacist. In my research I have found out that the El Salvador people use the USA dollar for their currency. Their weather is wet and hot in the 80s right now but will be in their dry season while we are there.
