I am going to elaborate on that....yoga...isnt is supposed to be relaxing? When you are told to relax and concentrate on your chakra..specifically in this case the bit between your anus and genitals how are you NOT supposed to collapse in a heap laughing? And then not continue to giggle every time you hear the word chakra (apparently this must be mentioned approximately every 20 seconds in a 1.5 hour period). Seriously?! I dont think I am old (grown up) enough for yoga. Maybe I will come back to it later in life....?!xx
