I am going to sale my house so if anyone in the market for a super nice house let me know. Its 4 bedrooms with an office. Living room family room combo. Nice big decks and a large pool. Its only 2 years old so like new. This house is a ranch style so no steps to climb and very spacious if you have kids. Getting it appraised to see what would be a far price but I think around $2OOK range. Once I get the appraisal back will set the real price. Thanks
