I am grateful for the warmth of the sun on my skin. Im not sure why, but it feels extra good to me today. It seems to have a calming effect--almost healing. Im grateful for my understanding daughters that know me so well and know the right things to say at just the right moments. Im grateful for my friends that also know me so well. Im grateful for running water, plumbing that works, the ground that i walk on and sometimes lie on when i feel off balance. Im grateful for the physical signals i get when God says, its time to rest...Im grateful for my life and a little quiet .
