I am greatly shocked by the appalling misinterpretation of yesterdays ruling by SCOK that temporarily barred the county speaker from being sworn in as the interim governor until the fate of Munyas petition is determined. It also directed that the status quo remains until 2nd April 2014 when the case will be determined. What does this means? While former governors supporters continue to celebrate ignorantly, it is important to note that Munya was not reinstated. The status quo here means the ruling made by the Nyeri Court of Appeal which nullified Munyas election is upheld until the petitioners case is heard and determined. For TEAM KILEMI, we are willing to wait for that one week to get justice. If we have waited for one year to get justice, one week is a very short time. We have braced a turbulent whole year with an illegitimate administration and thats why are prepared to go any height to get justice which ultimately will be served to us through the ballot. To team Mumunya, nothing to celebrate about.
