I am happy as I was able to help someone.... Presently I am on leave and in my home city bbsr.... on 3rd July, 2014 at around 11 pm I left my home at bbsr for nearby market and was suppose to return within 10/15 mins... I left my home in my bike... after 2 lane i saw an auto rickshaw going infront of me speedily and while without thinking further about it I was on the way to market behind the Auto Rickshaw.. Suddenly I heard someone crying, screaming & shouting.. I looked back and saw a guy far away running towards me pleading to stay.. He was fully drenched with mud.. he shouted please help that auto has looted me and has taken everything from me.. That guy (the victim) is from Sambalpur and working & staying in bbsr.. He was coming from his hometown today by Intercity Exp. and and had hired that auto from Master Canteen Square and was going to his room at Niladri Vihar.. That Auto Driver while turning the Auto towards my colony instead of Niladri Vihar, told the victim that he will drop his friend and then will drop him in Niladri Vihar as it is a very nearby area.. The auto driver then bought that guy to a very calm and quite place of my colony and has looted all his belonging by physically assaulting him and by showing him Bhujali... Hearing all this i followed that auto with that victim sitting behind me in my bike and Near Niladri Vihar Petrol Pump I kept by bike infront of the auto and caught the auto driver hand.. but he pushed me and while i was trying to maintain balance of my bike he escaped inside Niladri Vihar.. I again followed him .. He was escaping speedily in his auto .. Then I memorized the Regn. No. of the Auto Rickshaw whiling following him.. Finally after 2 km when i saw he was entering into dark small lanes of Niladri Vihar... I thought of not following him further as they (Auto Driver & 1 of his friend) were having arms.. and they may have their associates in that area where he was rushing.. I then inform the nearby PCR Van and went to police station with the victim.. The victim lodge a complaint.. I am the prime witness of this incident and willingly i have given my consent to be the prime witness in this case and even to identify that auto driver.. I was 100% sure that the accused will be caught as we have noted the Number of that Auto Rickshaw... and the stolen Wallet, Mobiles etc will be recovered.. The latest News is the Auto driver has been arrested and has been forwarded to judicial custody and the looted items are recovered. News published regarding the incident in the Odia daily news paper Sambad on dated 5th July, 2014 (today), page no. 12......
