I am having an odd word day--- the little voice in my head whispered to me this morning-- beleaguered-- ( really? who says that ? ) tired yes- I was physically a bit tired, emotionally? a bit tentative- from being physically tired-- since then I have been out and about spent a little time with a wise friend and feel refreshed-- restored and generally my better stronger self again...and what word did my little head voice whisper to me then? validated-- yes another odd word-- but the word none the less-- from one minute to the next-- life can turn on a dime- I am embracing the flexibility of that turning!
