I am having another TERRIBLE customer experience with Frontier. Had 2 bags checked from Denver to Tampa and one bag gets lost in NY. They wont get it to me for at least 48 hours since they dont have connections w/ any other airlines any more to get it to me sooner, and their attitude was thats all we can do since we outsource baggage service. I have been a long-time Frontier Summit member but if I dont get my bag today, I am switching to Southwest!
