I am hiring Senior Analyst – Securitization for a leading professional consulting firm @ Gurgaon Responsibility: • Deep understanding of Securitization deals (preferably Trade Loans) and structures (preferably periodic revolving structures) • Collate and analyze a high volume of transactional asset pool data from the originators, Trustees, Servicers and Administrators • Represent Company at meetings and program monitoring calls on asset pool performance updates • Create marketing materials and develop investor reports such as Cash Flow Forecasting, Portfolio Performance Analytics, Yield Analytics, Servicer Collection Analysis • Perform historical asset pool data analytics and develop packs for Rating Agencies • Create collateral stratification and cash flow models for the Trade Loans platform • Develop effective relationships with originators, intermediaries and administrators • Coordinate with other analysts and staff at all levels of the organization to ensure smooth and efficient analytical work procedures analysis, addressing program coordinator’s queries, driving external & internal parties throughout the process • Perform performance audits of administrators in the securitization conduit Qualifications • CA/ MBA • Good communication skills: verbal and written. • Good technical thinking. • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Good flow and thought process. • Good project management skills including coordination with multiple stake holders. • Excellent Excel, MS Access and Cash Flow modeling skills • Good presentation skills Knowledge: • Fair understanding of loan accounting. • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint • A practical knowledge and understanding of risks, controls and risk management frameworks and methodologies. • Ability to understand key technology and services of the client • Documentation, report 2 - 5 years in Securitization deals in Trade loan. • Good experience in cash flow forecasting, portfolio performance analytics, yield analytics, servicer collection analysis etc. • The candidate must have a stable career graph. • Should be comfortable with traveling.
