I am honored with the privilege of being surrounded by a hungry group of believers who are full of faith and understand how to walk in authority and expectancy. I walked up to a brother at our gathering this morning and said, I am beginning to experience a sore throat. Will you pray and command it to leave? Guess what? No more sore throat. About a half hour later, I began to experience pain in my right ear. I went back to the man of faith and asked him to deal with the pain in my ear. Guess what? No more pain in my ear. Holy Spirit told me both times to have this person pray as an encouragement to their faith in Gods ability to use them in the gifts of healing. I was blessed. The person who took authority and prayed in faith for me to be healed was blessed and God is glorified! The expectation of Jesus is that all His disciples walk as He did. We see this reality every time we read the Gospels. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. ....and I not only believe it, I am experiencing it as a present-day reality. Are you?
