I am inspired by a story , true story, I heard on the radio tonite. Two Norwegian hotel owners in Cambodia hired local farm hands to help run the hotel they bought. They paid them well, gave them bonuses, took them to a resort for four days yearly, and .... when the owners were ready to return to Norway they shared ownership with them, paid for them to take business coursework and left. The hotel has always prospered and continues to do so. Thank u so much for your example .
