I am located in Merced. I make simple, homemade baked goods, from scratch. No preservatives, no fillers. I made something new this morning. It is not too sweet, slightly tangy. It is crumbly and butter rich! It is a blueberry, butter bar! It has a crumbly, buttery bottom with a slight crunch to it. Inside it a ton (2 pounds!) of fresh blueberries, lightly sweetened. Topped with a sweet, crisp crumb topping. There is just a touch of fresh lemon juice and lemon zest in these babies, lots of homemade vanilla extract. I just can not say enough about these things! I really enjoyed playing around and creating these guys! They are the same price as any of the other bars/cookies. 6/$5.00, 12/$10.00. I have chocolate chip cookies chilling now to be baked, double chocolate espresso cookies chilling, white chocolate cookies, chocolate sugar cookies are in process. Not too sure else today will hold.
