I am looking for a roommate in my two bedroom, one bathroom house in Murray. The room available is the larger room and is closest to the laundry room and kitchen. Tenant will be responsible for $350 rent and half of water, electric, and wifi bills (approx. $110/month). The house is decently sized and includes a third room that is used as a study area as well as having a fenced-in backyard. The house, except the room for rent, is fully furnished and has all necessary appliances (refrigerator, washer and dryer, dish washer, microwave, and stove-top oven). PETS ARE ALLOWED with no deposit. Tenant must be ok with animals because I have a cat and a pug as well as reptiles that stay in my room. I mow the front and back yards so you will not have to worry about that at all. My dad owns the house so you will have to meet with him as well and fill out a lease with him.
