If interested please send your resume to Ryan Eden at reden@prisminc or call 571-346-3409. -ACTIVE SECRET REQUIRED Day-to-day: - Act as the primary point of contact for coordinateing the change management process for the Department of States Information Resources Management (IRM) bureau. -Represent Vanguard at the IRM Change Advisory Board (ICAB) and provide support to the customer for all Change Management activities as specified in IRM policies and procedures. -Actively participate in the lifecycle of all changes with the primary objective to achieve beneficial changes with minimum disruption to IT services. -Support the customer in maintaining and updating a schedule of planned approved changes; identify, document, communicate, and coordinate requests for changes (RFCs) with all affected customer entities and IT service providers; expedite emergency change requests; and documenting projected service outages as related to expected deviations from established service level agreements. -Provide change management documentation to include inputs to the Vanguard 2.2.1 Daily Operations Status Report. -Must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly, both in writing and orally, and present products and ideas in a professional manner. -Work in a dynamic fast paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination across the Vanguard service offices and within the IRM bureau. -Required to interface with both Vanguard 2.2.1 and IRM senior leaders. Own the IRM Change Management process. Participate in each ICAB Review Meeting. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Assess the impact of each RFC. Complete change management assessments. Create change management strategies. Identify, analyze, and prepare change back-out plans. Define and measure key performance metrics and monitor change progress. Minimum Qualification Requirements: Current Secret level clearance. Bachelor of Science degree in an IT related discipline. ITIL® Foundation V3 Certification. At least 5 years of experience in providing IT services to a large U. S. government customer. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Change management ITIL® certification or designation desired. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations to multiple levels of the Vanguard 2.2.1 organization and to the customer. Operational proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite including Project & Visio. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
