I am looking to sublet my bedroom for the summer (Mid May 14 to Mid August 14). Its a 3BHK apartment in Foxridge. The apt. is conveniently located near Foxridge club house and two BT bus stops. Well connected by both Foxridge A and B. You would be sharing the apartment with three other Indian room-mates, all graduate students. But you would be getting you own, independent room. Rent is $300. Water and heating included in rent. Electricity bill is approx. $30, so $8 per person. Internet $7 per person.
