I am moving to Ballarat June 1st. I am looking for a granny flat/ 1-2 bedroom unit OR a share-house where I have my own PRIVATE facilities, (i.e shower and toilet). Up to 170$ a week. Furnished/part furnished/unfurnished. Carport/garage would be great. I am 58 yo single female, NO pets, NON-smoker, have my own car. I have references from previous rentals as well as private references. I am very quiet. I am a retired language teacher who returned from overseas about 6 years ago, after spending 30+ years away.
